Paula Hiuser, the founder of Epic Global Adventures, has always been passionate about travel. Her journey into the travel industry is a testament to her love for exploration and her commitment to sustainable tourism. 

Paula’s interest in travel was sparked at a young age, flipping through National Geographic magazines. She pursued her passion academically, studying sustainable tourism development in university. However, the path to her dream was not straightforward. After graduating during a recession, Paula found herself in corporate America.

Her perspective on travel changed after a transformative experience in Rwanda. She joined a small group to trek the Virunga Range and encounter the mountain gorillas. This experience highlighted the power of sustainable tourism in conservation efforts and inspired Paula to start her own agency, Epic Global Adventures.

We prioritize family-owned hotels, lodges, and restaurants, supporting local businesses and contributing to the local economy.

Group Tours
In addition to our group adventures, we also design tailor-made private adventures for couples, families, or friends. These bespoke trips are crafted around the individual interests of our clients, taking them to destinations like the Galapagos, Machu Picchu, and across Europe.

Our commitment to sustainability and ethical practices is unwavering. We partner with operators who share our values, ensuring zero tolerance for exploitation and a focus on supporting local businesses, national parks, and anti-poaching initiatives.
